Our responsibilities
- Receive information, review legal conditions and advise on the approach.
- Prepare the complete file to the templates and rules currently in force.
- File on the client’s behalf, track progress and respond to requests from the authorities.
- Collect the outcome and hand over originals together with a file copy.
- Explain the obligations that follow once the procedure is complete.
Client responsibilities
- Provide copies of the company’s and legal representative’s documents.
- Provide accurate and complete information about the work required.
- Sign the file as instructed by the assigned specialist.
- Pay the service fee and state charges as agreed.
Our commitments
- Files are prepared in line with the law currently in force.
- Work is completed within the timeframe advised on receipt of the file.
- Fixed fee, with nothing charged beyond what was quoted in advance.
- All client information and data are kept confidential.
